I haven't received an email yet. What now?
Check your spam folder. Can't find anything? Email us at info@comobi.be with your name and the date of your trip.
My flight is delayed. Do I need to do anything?
We follow your flight and adjust your ride, at no extra cost. Is your flight diverted to another airport? You still pay nothing extra.
How early will I be picked up?
We make sure you're at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight. You get the exact pickup time 24 hours before.
Can I change anything about my ride?
You can change your ride up to 24 hours before departure, through your travel agent or by emailing info@comobi.be.
